The main online path for Orange County court records is Indiana MyCase, also available through mycase.in.gov. MyCase is the statewide public access point for Indiana trial-court case information. The system is broad, so county filtering matters. Common names can return results from many Indiana counties if the search is not narrowed.

Types of Orange County Court Records

Public Access for Orange County Court Records
Indiana court records are not handled exactly like ordinary county agency files. IC 5-14-3, the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, governs public access to records of public agencies, but court case access is also controlled by judicial rules. Criminal cases can also become limited after expungement or sealing. Under IC 35-38-9, eligible Indiana arrest, charge, conviction, and related criminal records may be sealed from ordinary public view after a court grants relief.
